Yes, we’re able to port your UK mobile number from another network. Our mobile team will support you in asking for a PAC Code, giving notice, and ensuring a smooth transition.
My contract end dates are all different, when is the best time to make the switch?
You can port or migrate your numbers at any time. Our mobile team will work with you to map out the best times to exit your current contract(s). It could be that we’re able to use some of your hardware credit to cover the costs of terminating your existing agreement early.
Our users spend a lot of time abroad, will it be expensive?
