Our team are here to support you over the festive period.

The DTX office will be operating with different working hours over the festive period. To see when our office will be open for general queries, please see below:

  • 24th December - Closed from 1pm
  • 25th December – Closed
  • 26th December – Closed
  • 29th December - on call engineer for emergency faults only
  • 30th December – on call engineer for emergency faults only
  • 31st December – on call engineer for emergency faults only - Closed from 1pm
  • 1st January 2026 – Closed
  • 2nd January 2026 - Normal service

For emergencies and support enquiries, our team are prepared to make call outs over the festive break.

If you have an unfortunate incident and lose your mobile handset over the festive period, please follow the below instructions:


Firstly, please can you urgently call your mobile network and bar the handset immediately.

❖ Has this been reported lost/stolen on the above numbers?
❖ Address that the new sim/handset needs to be sent to


DTX will do our upmost to provide a replacement handset and sim as soon as we can. Please be aware that the replacement handset may not be the same specification as the handset which has been lost/stolen. After the festive period we will look to replace the handset.
